Look, voice and language
The button’s look is in the assistant’s Setup tab in the panel; everything else is in the Settings tab. On WordPress you can also adjust the button’s look with the plugin’s live preview.
Button
Section titled “Button”Position (bottom right or bottom left), offset, size, shape (circle or labelled pill), colours, label and tooltip. You can set the texts separately in English and Turkish.
Chat window
Section titled “Chat window”When on, the conversation shows both sides as text and visitors can switch to typing.
Voice and greeting
Section titled “Voice and greeting”Pick one of 8 voices and write the first sentence yourself.
Language
Section titled “Language”The assistant starts in your site’s language and follows the visitor if they switch (English and Turkish).
On / off
Section titled “On / off”Switch the assistant off in Settings at any time; meanwhile the button says “Assistant unavailable”.
