Overview
Section titled “Overview”Overview shows the minutes used this month, the number of calls and calls happening right now.
Calls and transcripts
Section titled “Calls and transcripts”The Calls tab lists every call with its length. With transcript saving on, you can also read what the visitor asked and how the assistant answered.
Visitor messages
Section titled “Visitor messages”When a visitor wants you to get back to them, the assistant asks for their name, phone or email and message, reads them back to confirm and saves them. These messages are listed in the panel; mark the ones you’ve dealt with as handled.
