Writing your company info
Everything the assistant knows comes from the text in the Company info tab. You edit it like in a word processor: use the toolbar above the editor for headings, bullets, bold text, links and tables. (Behind the scenes it is stored as Markdown; you can also edit that directly with “Markdown source” in the toolbar.)
What to include
Section titled “What to include”Good company info usually covers:
- Your services and products, with prices if you share them
- Address, opening hours, phone and email
- Your rules for bookings, returns, shipping and so on
- The questions visitors ask most, with answers
- Instructions for the assistant: how to address visitors, the tone to use, when to ask for contact details
